A lot of people believe that the economy is the major factor affecting real estate appreciation.

there are several issues on a national level that impact your house's value: unemployment, interest rates, business growth, and more.
But the most significant issues that decide your house's value are particular to the local Panama City economy and housing market.
Location in a community - People typically want homes in the districts with the easiest access to amenities, like our schools, jobs, and shopping.
